Cute pool home perfect for two families. One Cal-King and queen master bedroom with en-suite. Two children's rooms, one with Full over Full Bunk Bed and one with Twin over Full Bunk Bed. There is also a cute little toddler bed in one of the children's bedrooms. The two children's rooms share the hallway bathroom. All Bedrooms have a 43' plasma TV with cable—laminate wood flooring throughout the home.
Upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Partial open-concept kitchen nook, dining, and living room. Main Living Room has a 51' Plasma TV and Blue-Ray/DVD player. The sofa has a queen sleeper bed. The home has high-speed wireless internet. The house has central heating and air conditioning.
The game room is right off the kitchen nook and has a 51' Plasma TV, Full Size Billard Table, Stiga Ping Pong, and toys. Full-size washer and dryer for guest use, strollers, and high chairs. Pack n' play and booster seat for infants and toddlers.
The rear yard has a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. Nice short walk to Disneyland & Disneyland Tram. The home has central air and heat. Watch Disneyland fireworks from the front/back yards.
This house SLEEPS 10 in beds, and the MAXIMUM Occupancy at ANY TIME is 10. (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3 cars (In our Driveway Only). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.
