Our spacious and quiet 1926 home is located in the hills of Echo Park with amazing views of downtown LA, the Griffith Park Observatory and the Hollywood sign. The house has two floors, a fireplace, a basement where the wine cellar and washer/dryer are located. There are wood floors throughout.
We have three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms have their own balconies and walk-in closets. The mahogany gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a Viking oven, dishwasher, professional fridge and freezer, espresso machine etc. the kitchen flows into the airy dining room which opens onto our very private grapevine covered patio.
In front of the house is a large terraced garden with several sunny and shaded sitting areas among the fruit trees and lavender.
Our comfortable hillside home is centrally located and convenient to downtown LA, the 5, 101 and 110 freeways. There is plenty of street parking and a garage as well.
There are lovely restaurants, a nice walk down the hill as well as bars and clubs on and around Sunset Blvd.
