This home is a 16x80, 2020, mobile home located on a little over an acre. This property is in West Monroe, Louisiana. Homeowners live in the house behind the rental. You will have privacy and the entire rental to yourself. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We have lived here for 17 years and have had no issues. The home has a warm, open, and inviting feel to it. It is decorated to make you feel like it is home away from home. It is clean and disinfected after each guests checks out. You have plenty of outdoor space to enjoy grilling on the large deck, playing with the kids, pets, making smores, or just sit back and relax. You will have plenty of room for parking your vehicles, boats, etc.. The reason why most people rent this property is because they are here for baseball tournaments, fishing tournaments, beauty pageants, business, holidays, family, getaways, and just passing through. You also have the convenience of not being far from retail stores, gas stations, schools, grocery stores, drive through's, restaurants, hospitals, clinics, antique shops, lakes, I-20 and much more.

Please, throw all boxes and trash in trash bags provided and put it in black trash bin by back steps. Do not put trash bags on back porch.
Please, do not rearrange furniture nor appliances. Everything is placed for a reason.
Please, do not leave old crates behind. Our trash guys do not pick up big items.
Please pay for all damages. I go thru and make sure everything is not leaking and everything is functioning as it should be.
Please, be aware of all the fees before purchasing.
Please, understand I do not give refunds after the refund policy has been met. I understand things happen and you either can't make the booked dates or you may have to leave early. Keep in mind , refunds is money lost and bookings taken from those that could have used it.
ALWAYS read everything before you book so you are better prepared and more relaxed for your trip.
