A property that is bright and full of character; the house has all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay, and is located in Easton - voted one of the top 50 “coolest neighbourhoods” in the whole world!
The home is quite blessed with plenty of natural lighting from the bay windows for you to bask in. The living room, cosy and bright has a cute little stove fireplace, along with a smart TV and lovely sofas. Outback, is a small grassy back garden with a bench and some cute electric lanterns.
The kitchen is bright and fully equipped, containing a microwave, an oven, a gas stove, a dishwasher, and anything else you may need to whip up a fresh meal.
The dining room is warm, bright, and cosy, the perfect place to sit and chat over food or drinks - comfortably fit 6!
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, and 2 with double beds. All the beds have been fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure your comfort.
There is 1 bathroom with a bathtub, an attached shower, a toilet, sink etc. and we also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.
Full central heating and hot water throughout.
The place will be professionally cleaned before each visit to meet the high standards of cleanliness you would expect.

• In some of the rooms you may occasionally hear the neighbour's kids through the wall.
• The kitchen is functional but a little old and tired, it’s not as smart as it used to be.

Full of character with an amazing and welcoming community, Easton is a great neighbourhood for students, professionals, and travelers alike.

Travelling around Bristol is fairly easy from our home. The bus stop is just down the road, and there are bus routes that take you all around Bristol.

Please note we only accept guests with multiple positive reviews and verified users. All others guests will not be able to book this home.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
You are allowed to smoke in the rear garden, provided you dispose of the cigarette butts in the ashtray provided.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
