Even from the back of the house, you can sit in the beautiful new dining settee and enjoy a peek-a-boo of the waves across the street! Cross the street with your beach toys and walk only two houses down to spend a glorious morning on the beach. Enjoy all of the local restaurants, arts and crafts festivals, and pier fishing that Kure Beach has to offer at the Pier, only three-tenths of a mile away. The upper level hosts two bedrooms, and the main level is all about living, dining, relaxing, and cocktails on the ocean-view deck. Beautifully updated throughout, with custom cabinetry, shiplap details, new fixtures, and appliances, let Happy As A Clam soothe and cool your soul with its spa tones and gentle hospitality. -Downstairs Unit does not have an HVAC designated thermostat. Room temperature must be maintained at a comfortable temperature for both units by the upstairs thermostat.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
