3 Bedroom House in Havasu Lake

Located on the California side of Lake Havasu (15 minute ferry ride across the lake to the Arizona side), in the Havasu Landing Community. Nice 3 bedroom/2 bath mobile home with great lake View! Enjoy your morning coffee on the new front deck overlooking the Lake and right next to the private beach. Plenty of overflow parking right up the street for your additional cars, trucks, trailers, buggies or boat/trailer. If you choose to park a boat in the driveway, the lot next to us is vacant and you can use their partial driveway and ours together without issue. It is first come first serve and sometimes the best thing to do for parking boat/trailer and truck is to just park a few lots over in the large parking lot. You can also contact Havasu Landing Resort and connect with the Boat House to reserve boat slips at either the old marina (150 yds from house) or new marina (approx 1 mile from house).
Havasu Landing is much quieter than the Arizona side so you will be able to relax a bit more. Bring your quads, RZR's, buggys etc and ride directly from the house and up the street to the open desert entrance to thousands of miles of open land. Check with boat house if a day permit is required off off roading. Find your own quiet fishing location or just explore the desert. If you have a boat, you can leave it in the additional parking or inquire at the boat house for an available slip to rent.
Cozy little place with newer kitchen and includes all the utensils you will need. Small little park with horse shoe pit and grassy area for you dog behind the home and down a couple units. Dog waste station bags are located throughout the park.
There are (2) restaurants, a hardware store, fully stocked market and gas station for your needs. The new Casino and Hotel is a 15 minute walk from the home. Also, next to the Casino you can rent boats, sea doo's, paddle boards etc.
Weather permitting you can launch your boat and enjoy the day on the lake or head up to Pirates Cove for the afternoon as you explore the awesome terrain.
Never a wait to launch even on major holidays. There are (2) launch locations. (1) is approx 300yds from the home and the other is at the new casino (approx 1 mile) away.
The community beach is almost in front of the house so bring your chairs and canopy.
Please read entire ad and ask owner any questions you have. No bbq provided, but if you bring one PLEASE no bbq or cooking of anykind on the front deck! This is newer trex decking and it does stain. Please use driveway and cleanup as needed.
We have tried to obtain WiFi, but we are not in a location to receive. Therefore, there is NO wifi. Cell reception is great and we have used our cell as a mobile hot spot when needed. No issues.
Unit has good variety of TV channels, over 200 channels with DishTV.
Garage is off limits as owners property is stored in there.
Inquire with owner regarding extended stays over 10 days. Please be aware that check in time is 3pm or after and check out time is 10am. We need this time to make sure the home is ready for next travelers.
