Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The apartment itself is decent and the location is okay, but the service was poor.

Negative: I was quite disappointed with my stay here. The extractor hood in the kitchen didn’t work, so cooking smells filled the entire kitchen and living area. I had raised this, but nothing was done about it. For a self-catering apartment, there wasn’t even a basic cleaning brush or vacuum cleaner provided, which made it impossible to keep the place clean. I got replies to my messages about above problems, but no real action was taken to fix any of the above problems.
