Summary: In both rooms unable to change thermostat temperature. Bedroom stayed in cooling system and in the morning was 62 degrees, couldn't get heating turned on. Turned off HVAC switch completely. In living room, similar except thermostat said it was on heating system but was blowing cold air and that room around 60 degrees. Again,n turned off HVAC switch as only option. It was so cold.
