Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Front desk staff was wonderful, very friendly and service oriented. Streaming service on tv and comfortable bed. Great location close to airport.

Negative: Ancillary charges like $45 parking and no free water ($2.50/very basic brand bottle). Thermostat screen didn't work properly and het was very drying. Called for toothpaste & blanket and she only brought toothpaste, said she'd come back but after a long wait had to call again and when she came back she said she was on break. A few hairs n bathroom floor/shower.

Summary: No frills, good location
