The Historic Winery House has everything you need for a truly unique stay.
In 1950, Giovanni Bargetto built this house with the idea of entertaining cousins from the Central Valley. It was designed as a place of respite. In the spirit of Grandfather Giovanni, make yourself at home and enjoy!
The kitchen gets beautiful, natural light. It's perfect for entertaining and is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and baking. From basics like pots and pans to more specific items such as a professional Kitchenaid stand mixer. The wifi is excellent at the winery house and the kitchen table is great for remote work.
After exploring, surfing or wine tasting, enjoy a nap on the extra long sofa in the living room, with TV and Roku.
The entire home is 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
-The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, full bathroom and access to the main patio at the back of the house.
There's a gas grill for outdoor cooking and a large table that seats six guests. The backyard is peaceful and a nice place for meditation and sun bathing.
The full bathroom has an option to enter from the hallway for guests in the other bedrooms.
- 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and East facing window for beautiful morning light. There are black out curtains for sleeping in.
-3rd Bedroom has a twin bed, large closet and light from the North.
The half bath is located next to the 2nd and 3rd Bedroom.
The BARGETTO WINERY represents the oldest continuous-operation winery in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Next to the house you will notice the grape containers and some of the bottling operation. The courtyard has Jazz on Thursdays. It's a fantastic time and a real treat to stay at the Winery House. Welcome home!
