The holiday inn is a busy hotel so if you are planning to use the olive tree restaurant, it would be advisable to book in advance direct with the hotel to avoid disappointment. "kids eat free" policy applies to children under the age of 13 years only, when dining with an adult who has purchased a main meal. a maximum of four children per family is allowed, guests wishing to use the leisure club facilities are advised to pre-book a one-hour slot per day in advance due to numbers being restricted in the club at present. please call to request an appropriate time slot, the hotel is not accepting cash. card payments only, children aged 15 and under are not allowed in the gym, saunas, steam room and spa pool, please note that refurbishment is taking place until february 2026 and some rooms may be affected by noise, when booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply, there will be no restaurant facilities available on 10 january 2026.guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
