Our property is beautifully maintained because it's where we like to vacation, too. All carefully cleaned and freshly sanitized with a full laundry and weekly maid service. Our Guest House features a desk, office chair, high speed internet/WIFI, a printer and a professional setting plus plenty of quiet for the perfect remote private work or school space.
Come experience for yourselves the crashing waves thrilling and calming both at once at this private Malibu Beach villa just 6 miles to/from Santa Monica. Wake to the sounds of the surf and the sights of dolphins and pelicans at play with over 60' of beachfront viewed from EVERY room and much more privacy than most Malibu beach properties with its gated entrance.
French doors open onto both a huge sundeck and glassed-in stone patio with beach entrance, built-in BBQ and koi ponds. Stunning, hand-carved teak throughout and Asian antiques distinguish this craftsman home with elegant simplicity and sophistication.
There is free off-street parking for up to 3 cars and to supplement the fireplace in winter and ocean breezes in summer, we have Central Heating and AirConditioning, as well.
The Living Room features a cozy fireplace and oceanside dining area. A huge Master Suite with King bed for 2, double-shower and ample closets is light and airy with antique glass skylights and a Sun/Sitting Room with floor-to-ceiling picture windows which can sleep an extra 1. A separate guest room with ocean views, flat-screen TV and private shower bath sleeps 2, and a convertible den with built-in beds comfortably sleeps 3 single overnight guests.
Further Details: Lots of closet space, big flat screen TV's, built-in Fire Magic BBQ and don't overlook the waterfall shower bathroom with stone floor and sink.
Enjoy the high speed WiFi, Amazon Prime and Netflix at your fingertips. 3 flat-screen TV's, large walk-in master closet, washer and dryer.
A garden wall with an authentic Japanese garden provides the utmost privacy. At-home chefs will delight in the kitchen with built-ins, including a sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, range and microwave including more craftsman touches in hand-carved teak kitchen cabinets, wet bar and inset stone floor.
Children are very welcome but for the enjoyment of all our guests, we do not accept pets or smokers, inside or out.
No need to fumble with door codes or lock boxes, our Property Manager will be on hand to welcome you, show you around, answer any questions and give you the keys!
