We are very close to the Manchester City Stadium and the brand new CO -OP Live arena.
You're around a 5 - 10 minute drive into the city centre.
TRANSPORT
Our closest train station is Piccadilly station and it’s a 10 minute drive away. However, you can conveniently hop on the tram straight to Piccadilly / City centre tram stops, the closest tram stop is Clayton Hall, only a 5 minute walk away.
PARKING:

We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.
