Welcome to this charming converted warehouse apartment located in the heart of the city centre, just a few minutes from Lime Street Station and the Empire Theatre. This cosy 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect spot for couples or small groups looking to explore the sights and sounds of Liverpool.
Once known as The Concert Hall, the Trafalgar Warehouse Apartments were opened as ‘The Hall of Science’ in the middle of the 19th century. It was one of the most popular places in Liverpool for concerts, for the holding of public meetings and the delivery of lectures, now converted into beautiful homes steeped in history.
It's full of charm and original features. There's a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and has a modern breakfast bar to enjoy a morning coffee from our Nespresso coffee machine, a bright and spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower over the bath and a cosy bedroom - perfect for relaxing in after a long day of exploring the city.

This is a pet-friendly apartment, we can accommodate x1 pet however, we charge £50 for this so please let us know in advance as this comes separate from the accommodation fare. Please note, we only accept dogs.
Guest Access:
Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay.
We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them.
The Neighborhood:
This beautiful apartment is just a short 12 minute walk from the Liverpool ONE shopping centre - home to a wide variety of stores, restaurants, cafes and more!
You're also just a short 5 minute walk from St George's Hall and The Walker Art Gallery - two beautiful sites to take in Liverpool's history and culture.
Getting Around:
The apartment is just a 2-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool by train, and Liverpool One Bus Station is a brief 20 minute walk away from the apartment.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town - you can easily catch one outside Lime Street Station.
If you're feeling adventurous, you can take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
Other Things to Note:
• The apartment is on the top floor, there are two flights of stairs with no lift. Please keep this in mind when booking!
• The Apartment is located within a quiet residential area, as such it is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations. We have a strict policy against loud music or noise during quiet hours which run nightly: 22:00-08:00.
• We are unable to host groups of Guests under 25 at this Property.
• The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per Guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
• Any Keys which are lost during the stay will be charged.
• We can provide a luggage storage facility in the city centre if required. If you would like to leave your luggage whilst you explore, this will be £5 per bag, per day. You can find this service at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool, L1 4JH.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
