05 â€" 0 days before check-in date: 100% penalty
Cancellation of Bookings
To cancel a booking, you can do so up to 15 days before check-in without penalty. If you cancel after this period, the following conditions will apply:

05 - 0 days before check-in date: 100% penalty
Considerations
Hotel Halley is not responsible and will not provide any refunds for lost bookings due to canceled or delayed flights or third-party transportation services, or other circumstances beyond Hotel Halley's control or responsibility, which may be considered "force majeure" events.
This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations and/or delays resulting from weather conditions, road conditions, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tsunamis, floods, and general strikes.
Foreign Tourists
Foreign tourists who stay less than 59 days in Chile may be exempt from paying VAT (Value Added Tax) on accommodation services. To access this exemption, they must present a valid passport and a tourist card obtained upon entering the country. Additionally, payment must be made in foreign currency, either in cash or by international cards. This measure aims to promote tourism and make hotel services more accessible to international visitors.
