Positive: We had a great time with BP Stays during our trip to NY City! 1- Great Value This was the most affordable option we found for visiting New York during Halloween and the NYC Marathon - such a great deal for the price! Of course, it’s not the Plaza, but it’s definitely worth what you pay for. We were very happy with our stay overall. 2- Convenient Location The location worked out really well - Bus 125 to New York City is just around the corner, and there are other bus options just a few minutes away. Super convenient for getting in and out of Manhattan (you can check CityMapper app) 3- Clean & Peaceful Our room was in a quiet residential house, located in the basement. It didn’t have a window, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The shared bathroom and WC were clean, and we appreciated the provided toiletries (body lotion, shampoo, conditioner). The room itself was compact - just a bed, TV, desk, and small closet - but perfect for our needs since we spent most of our time exploring NYC. 4- Easy Communication We didn’t meet anyone in person, but everything was smooth and well-organized through WhatsApp. We received all the access codes and info we needed, and any questions were answered quickly. Overall, BP Stays was a great find - clean, affordable, and easy for visiting NYC. Would definitely recommend for budget travelers

Negative: For improvement, it would be great to have a small shelf or a few drawers in the closet - there was only one hanging rod with hangers, so a bit more storage space would be helpful. Also, the room had curtains that made it seem like there was a window, but it was just decorative. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it might be a bit misleading for future guests. Other than that, we didn’t notice any real negatives during our stay!
