Cell and WiFi services are very inconsistent in this area.This home is right on an ocean bluff; please always supervise your children and your dog.This home is not recommended for children under 18 due to the proximity of the bluffs.Please note that this home is in a neighborhood that is prone to seasonal visits from ants.
