Fencing: The backyard is fully fenced, but we recommend you check before allowing your dog off leash. The front yard is partially fenced and open to the road. Austin Creek Access: This seasonal creek runs most of the year, but drought and storm conditions impact creek access and water levels. The water level in the creek changes quickly and it is difficult to predict what the water level will be for any specific time. In winter the path may be under water. Common Amenities not included: This home does not have air conditioning.
