With high ceilings, ample space, beautiful interiors and a private garden, this family home in Tufnell Park offers everything you will need for a London City break. Just a 25 minutes journey from central London sights, including Covent Garden and Piccadilly Circus.
At the front of the property, there is a parking space available for 1 car in the driveway. Inside the home, the hallway offers beautiful floor tiles, high ceilings and a Pop Art piece hanging on the wall. On the right-hand-side is the living room.
LIVING ROOM
A light and spacious room, with Parquet flooring and elegant furnishings. The space includes two separate areas, one with a velvet sofa, coffee table, wood-burning stove and a television; whilst the other half of the room includes interesting framed artworks, a door out to the garden, a leather sofa and armchair, as well as ambient lighting.
GARDEN
The garden offers a great decking area, complete with large parasol, outdoor dining table and chairs, as well as surrounding plants. The rest of the garden offers a lawn area, surrounded by pretty, olive trees and plants, as well as a further seating area.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
The kitchen and dining space includes charcoal grey walls, a long wooden dining table and traditional chairs, as well as captivating artworks on the surrounding walls. There is also a television to one side.
The modernist kitchen offers lovely views out to the garden, a long island that stretches the length of the room, as well as surrounding white cabinets, with contrasting grey worktops. The space includes all the amenities you will need during your stay.

There is a WC and basin on the ground floor level, for convenience.
FIRST BEDROOM
The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, with wicker headboard and bedside table. A sleek wardrobe, a bookshelf and artwork complete the calming aesthetic.

The shower room offers a walk-in shower, with contemporary white-brick tiling.
BATHROOM
The interiors of the main bathroom offer a modern take on a Victorian style bathroom. This includes a freestanding roll-top bath, a basin and WC.
SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom is ideal for children, with a single bed with cast-iron bedframe. The room also comprises two wardrobes, children's toys and a single day bed. This room can sleep two guests therefore.
MASTER BEDROOM
