There are only 3 steps at the entrance. The home has two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, expansive 40' x 10' deck overlooking the Russian River. The kitchen flows into the deck which has a weber grill, and plenty of seating for dining or kicking back. The property is private and secluded surrounded by massive redwoods and elder trees overlooking the river.
Hiking trails are close, you can even walk to the ocean. Drive is 5 miles to Jenner/ocean. There are 16 state beaches within minutes.

Located over the bridge is the quaint town of Duncans Mills,
with the Blue Heron Pub and Cape Fear resturant, and stores for shopping, collecting, etc. Close by is Guerneville, M9nte Rio, and Jenner. you'll find world famous wineries within a 45 minute. The house has both privacy and direct river access - a rare combination on the Russian River! It is cozy, comfortable and the natural setting is absolutely gorgeous.
