Large deck with grill overlooking our stream with a waterfall, several sunrooms, huge eat-in kitchen, dining room, billiards table, ping pong table, gym equipment and everything you need for privacy and relaxation. This cozy home is teeming with historic details yet feels bright, clean and airy.
The kitchen is the center of the main floor with a kitchen island, dishwasher, large refrigerator, original wood burning stove, cozy seating and dining table. The adjacent dining room can seat eight for dinner with access to the large outdoor deck with additional lounging and dining areas overlooking a babbling stream. Also on the main level are a cozy living room with 55'' Smart TV, two sun rooms, a half bathroom and billiards room.
All six bedrooms are located on the second floor with three full baths with tubs. Up an additional flight of stairs, you'll have access to the finished attic with two additional twin beds, a full bathroom, several pieces of exercise equipment (punching bag, rowing machine), a TV with Roku and a ping pong table.
The lawn has room for games and sports. Volleyball and badminton nets are provided as well as some lawn games. There is a additional parking in the back of the property.
