Summary: although the staff were friendly enough, the cleanliness of the hotel let the staff down the corridor carpets were stained and smelt of wet dog. The hotel room was dirty had paint all over the picture frames. There was dust hair and staples all over the carpet in the room. whilst stripping the bedding from the bed we noticed that there was blood and stains on the mattress protector. Personally I feel that this hotel should be demolished and rebuilt to a minimum of a free star hotel with air-conditionin. No now that he’s out there.
