This classic sea ranch two story home is perfect for an escape from the city. Vacationers will find themselves in a prime location within walking distance to Pebble Beach and Black Point Beach.
As you enter Kaye Home you will be greeted by a staircase landing. Tucked around the corner is a laundry room with washer and dryer handy for any swimsuits. Upstairs is a common living space with a living room, kitchen, and dining area. Oversized windows allow natural lighting in and offer stunning views of the meadow and Pacific Ocean.
The living room has a fireplace perfect for getting cozy on a chilly night. Firewood is available in the garage. A half bathroom is found right around the corner.
There are updated appliances and a generous amount of counter space for a chef to whip up tasty snacks and mouthwatering meals. Step outside onto the balcony and fire up the gas BBQ. Patio chairs are also set up for you to dine and sip on a glass of wine while you watch mesmerizing sunsets dip behind the blue ocean.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and has a private deck and bathroom. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and full guest bathroom. The back deck will be a popular spot for your guests as they soak in the private hot tub. This hot tub has ocean views and is great for stargazing at night.
The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, 18-hole golf course (open to the public), dog park, and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.
