Hello! This property is our home when we are in Carlsbad and, as such, it is a home in every sense of the word: cozy, comfortable and welcoming. It is outfitted to the max. I am looking to rent it to a mature couple or single (only) from Jan 3- April 3 (possibly all of April) 2024 when we are at our home in Kauai. Please read further for a complete description of our home, amenities and attractions in the area.
This charming, immaculate single story private home w/ pool and spa has all the amenities of a resort at a fraction of the cost. A dutch door opens onto living room, office area, dining room and kitchen, which lead through sliding glass doors to a completely private tropical oasis, bathed in light, draped in flowers and vines, shaded by palms. Sun bathing and skinny dipping in the pool and spa are definitely an option! 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, only minutes to the beach, this 1469 sq. ft. home features stunning natural hickory floors, a gourmet kitchen with marble & granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a private orchid patio off master and single level layout. A brick fireplace, a flat screen TV and fully finished garage with all the toys you could want (see complete listing below) make it cozy and fun. It is fully furnished and completely stocked for easy coastal living at it's best. The pool and spa area has a complete outside kitchen BBQ area, table and lounge chairs for quiet, private days and evening. You need only bring your clothes and toothbrush!
Full sized washer and dryer are included, as well as all linens and kitchen supplies, spices, staples, cookware and dinner ware. Rent includes weekly gardener, pool service, and reasonable utilities. Toys include: soft surfboard, boogie board, 4 beach chairs, coolers, towels etc.
My home is located only 1 mile from the beautiful La Costa Resort and Spa and The Chopra Center, 1.5 mile from the Batiquitos Lagoon Nature Preserve and Bird Sanctuary, Park Hyatt Resort and Aviara Golf Course, 3 miles from LegoLand and Carlsbad Outlet Mall and 4 miles from world class surf breaks and family friendly beaches.
