Tucked beautiful Lake Gregory, Crestline forest. CRESTLINE LODGE is a beautiful mix of a modern Scandinavian mountain lodge Relax with the whole family in this peaceful 4 + 2 large open plan living. Decks are reaching into the trees, a calm, relaxing vacation. Sleep 8 + 2 bathrooms, laundry for guests' use, workspace. Mins to Lake Gregory for summer or winter activities. Close to stores, and markets and only 15 mins to Lake Arrowhead. This is the perfect family getaway all you'll need is here.
Enter into the main level large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen. The large deck is located off this main level, with a seating area, BBQ, and lovely views into the trees. The main level has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom: timber ceilings, and a lovely wood fireplace for those cozy winter nights ( firewood not supplied). The lower level has another 2 bedrooms, 1 offering a workspace and bathroom. The laundry is available for guest use. The lodge is a perfect, peaceful place for your next getaway. Please note that the DRIVEWAY IS VERY STEEP AND WE DONT RECCOMEND LOW PROFILE VEHICLES!!!!
Guests have access to the entire lodge - except the garage and lockout area.
**Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park as of September 28th, 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season.
The Dogwood Cabins is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 7 pm. You may call or text. If there is an emergency please call the number provided and we will respond immediately.
This is a quiet neighborhood and has a full-time neighbor next door (there are noise monitoring devices on the property, as required by the county). We ask that quiet hours be adhered to at all times. The street is an access road and therefore is not plowed by the county. Management will clear the driveway and stairs for arrival and departure, however, guests are required to keep snow cleared for their stay. There is snow melt for your stay to be used on the driveway and stairs. Please note that the driveway is VERY STEEP and not recommended for low profile cars.
You will need a car to drive to shops, restaurants, and the lake. This home is 5 miles to Blue Jay Village, 6 miles to Lake Arrowhead Village, 8 miles to Sky Park Santa's Village, 19 miles to Snow Valley Ski Resort, and 31 miles to Big Bear.
Lake Gregory is 3 miles and has lots of activities in summer or winter.
THE DRIVEWAY IS VERY STEEP AND WE DO NOT RECOMMEND LOW-PROFILE VEHICLES!!!! We highly recommend carrying chains/cables with tensioners during the winter. CalTrans will have chain checkpoints and require you to show them or in some cases put them on. to be allowed up the mountain.

There is no smoking inside or outside the property, this includes but is not limited to Cigarettes, Marijuana, and Cigars. If we smell smoke in the home there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. If we find burn marks on any furniture, the guest is responsible for replacement costs.
We do not enjoy removing pets or additional guests from the home as well as charging additional fees. We kindly ask that guests follow all house rules to avoid any issues.
Smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits please do to rent this home. We do not enjoy removing people from our homes, but the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors comes first.
This home does not allow pets. Service dog fraud is a crime. CA Penal Code 365.7 Punishment may be up to a maximum penalty of $1,000 per instance and up to 6 months in jail. Please note that service animals are defined by the ADA as Dogs that are individually trained to do worker perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do NOT qualify as service animals. under the ADA. Any attempt to present comfort or emotional support service animal or pet as a service dog is fraud.
When the home is not rented and occupied, the home is owner-occupied, including with a family member who has severe pet dander allergies. By not having guests with pets in the home we also assure guests with serious pet dander allergies, asthma or other serious health issues may also book this home, so we are unable to accommodate pets. Additionally, homeowner’s insurance is inordinately high for vacation rentals, and limited, particularly in this region, a fire zone. The policy on this home is expensive and does not allow dogs, regardless of breed. Regardless, the law requires any request for a reasonable accommodation to be made in advance, so if you feel your circumstances reflect an exception, you must contact us to discuss before renting so we can assess on a case-by-case basis. Your animal will be required to leave if you do not proceed accordingly and demonstrate the need for a reasonable accommodation exists. Our agency has homes that permit dogs and we can give you resources and leads for other rentals able to accommodate you.
