Partially updated in 2020 with new decor and mountain modern furniture, this property is cozy and comfortable. Four bedrooms, including one bunk room for 4-6 kids, will have the entire family dreaming of the day fishing, skiing, exploring, and hanging out on the new deck. The expansive, tree-covered backyard includes a brand new hot tub, swing set, horseshoe pit, and deep water dock for all your water toys.
Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation.

- Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time.
- AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property.
- Guests are responsible for disposing of trash at the local dumpsite in accordance with the City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on the property.
- Construction is also ongoing on the neighbor's lot and may cause temporary activity nearby.
