It is located next to the best park in Canyon Lake with horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, a swim beach, playground and large lawn. You can sit on the patio and watch the kids play at the park while enjoying the day. This house is located in the 5 mph zone so there is plenty of room to play in the lake.
