Breathe in the fresh woodland air in this beautiful 3 story 8 bedroom retreat. Located within walking distance to the Lake, it has incredible views from most rooms and views of the lake from the patio deck. The large wrap around deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or glass of wine at sunset. This home is three stories with 2 bedrooms on the entry-level, 4 bedrooms upstairs, and 2 bedrooms on the basement level, next to the large game room.
The large welcoming living room with cathedral ceilings is perfect for family gatherings, meetings, and movie nights. The large gourmet kitchen includes all necessary comforts from home appliances, including a large stove, island, microwave, double oven, and large refrigerator. A laundry room complete with a washer and dryer is available for your convenience. The main level bedrooms include a large primary bedroom, complete with a sitting area, large walk in closet, and large bathroom with tub, shower, and a private bidet. A second bedroom with a full bed is also located on the main level.
The basement level has a large game room complete with a full kitchen and bathroom, a large TV, pool table, games, and more. It's great for teen entertainment or family fun. Two bedrooms are conveniently located on the basement level.
The third level has a large sitting area on the balcony overlooking the living room and picture windows of the woodland views. Four bedrooms and one bathroom are located on this floor, two bedrooms have private balconies.
We have a no pet policy. No parties allowed, exceeding max occupancy and parking are grounds for evictions and fines per City Code.
