Hello this is large 4 bedroom property, which will give you a home from home feel.
The property is located minutes from the town centre and seafront and all other amenities
This property can sleep up to 8 persons, this is suitable for holidaymakers, workers and people who require somewhere to live short-term.
There is a minimum of 2 nights stay and a minimum week stay at peak Holiday times.
Good pets are welcome at an additional charge, which must be stated in all bookings.
As you approach the property there is a porch which leads you into the hallway which has cloakroom.
The house consists of a large family kitchen with household appliances and utensils.
Dining Room with table and chairs and baby high chair.
Reception room has double sofa bed and wii console game and small tv.
Living room consists of sofas, large tv and dvd player.
Off the kitchen there is a conservatory which then leads to the rear enclosed garden.
The rear garden is secured by a locked gate which can take you too Lee Avenue for parking and straight to the seafront and beach.
Upstairs consists of a front bedroom 1 which has a double bed, wardrobes, bedside tables, sofa and also has an en-suite which consists of a shower, toilet and sink. Cot also available.
Bedroom2 consists off two single beds, wardrobe chest off drawers and bedside table.
Bedroom 3 consists off a bunk bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
Bedroom 4 the Rear has Seaview , double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables.
All Bedrooms are supplied and fitted with fresh clean linen.
Also on this floor we have a family bathroom with a standard bath with shower over, toilet and sink.
Towels are provided also comes with a bath rug and a non slip shower mat. Some toiletries maybe provide like toilet roll, soap, shampoo and conditioner We also provide hairdryer and hair straighteners.
