*30 day minimum* Our large, light and bright 5 bedroom / 3 bath 2800 sq. foot home has plenty of space for you and your family. Newly updated. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac away from traffic noise. Enjoy the birds singing in the backyard while your children play in the custom made playhouse. There 3 swings, a slide, climbing ropes and other toys in the fully fenced-in backyard. We have fast wi-fi and 2 desks available. The ocean is about 7-10 minutes drive away. This is a great home for families! There is a new Sealy Posturpedic pillow top bed in the master. We also added a 5th bedroom recently, which was built over the office space. The office has a desk and printer for your use. Our internet is the fastest available for our area. We have 2 smart tv’s. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is lots to do in the area. It’s a great place to explore!
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. There are 3 parks for children within walking distance. There are also a lot of walking trails and hiking nearby. We also have a treadmill and free weights for your use if you’d rather stay in.
The kitchen is newly remodeled with quartz countertops.
You will have access to the entire house but we do have some belongings stored in 1 stall of the garage and will have 1 vehicle parked in the driveway.
