Interior living spaces include two living rooms, fully equipped kitchen with convenient breakfast counter and two dining areas. Home is well-maintained and in a very good location. There is a large sunroom off of the living area that leads directly out to the waterfront. Guests have access to the home’s dock so bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks and paddleboards. Public boat ramp is a couple of blocks away. Rear yard space is a great spot for all your favorite outdoor games and activities. The first bedroom features a king sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a king sized bed. The third bedroom features a queen sized bed. The fourth bedroom features a set of bunk-beds and two twin beds. There is a second full-bathroom that is easily accessible from the second, third and fourth bedrooms. Home has a prime location in a quiet, residential neighborhood, yet is only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, parks and more.
