Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 baths located minutes from the excitement of the
famous Las Vegas strip, super close to Downtown Las Vegas, close to the
airport and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets and everything you
need to feel right at home. A fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher,
coffee maker + Keurig, and so many other appliances opens up to the dining
room and living rooms.
The living room and kitchen open up to the patio and allowing for effortless
indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio has lounge chairs, BBQ,
seated areas for sitting and eating!
All of our bedrooms have brand new mattresses and high end luxury linens to
ensure you get a great nights rest.

We have two security cameras in the exterior of our house to help monitor
packages and mail.
Please note, this home is a licensed short term Rental- 13.5% tax is due on
total nightly rate. This tax is separate from lodging rate.
You will be provided with a combination code to unlock the front door.

requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such
requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have
other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need
