The Main House, perched on the hilltop knoll of this 12 acre horse estate, has expansive valley views and incredible sunsets. The home sleeps 8 comfortably, with 4br and 2.5ba as well as a full laundry room and 2 car garage. Upstairs you will find the primary suite with king bed and floor to ceiling windows, a walk in closet and master bathroom. Adjacent to the master is a kids room with double twins and a full bedroom with large closet space. Downstairs, just off the 2 car garage, is an office with queen bed or au pair suite, and a laundry room/storage area. The main floor was remodeled in 2021 with an open concept gourmet kitchen, custom french range and thermador appliances, a farmhouse style dining area that flows into the living room, and wide plank oak floors.
Just outside the kitchen, the indoor/outdoor patio beckons, complete with a barbeque and fire pit to enjoy evenings on the porch or watch the sun set. Adjacent to the kitchen patio are the raised herb beds, planted with fresh herbs and lettuces, or available for you to plant your own garden masterpiece. Located down a private country lane, the property feels like you are truly in the country, but you are conveniently located just 4 miles from downtown Petaluma and 40 minutes to the Golden Gate or a short jaunt up to wine country.

Horses considered on a case by case basis, for longer stays with an extra fee and pasture board only. Areas outside of the property are maintained weekly by caretakers who live on the opposite side of the estate.
