Please note that this is a strict drug-free home. Smoking is absolutely not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking indoors will incur a charge of a $500 cleaning fee.
There is also a $200.00 pet fee per month, regardless of the amount of days the guest stays. This only covers house trained pets urinating outdoors. Any urinating indoor or damage caused by pets will result in a charge of a minimum deep cleaning of $500.
