This family home was remodeled with a Palm Springs Mid-Century vibe. It's welcoming, fun, full of bright colors, furnished and absolutely turnkey! Spacious and airy with five bedrooms and an office on two floors, this home allows you to relax, spend time together and easily work from home when needed.
This is the perfect place to stay if you're relocating to the area, remodeling or building locally. We prefer to have one tenant for the majority of the 23-24 school year, but will consider a shorter stay. It's situated in the highly ranked, award-winning public Manhattan Beach Unified School District and close to private schools like Vistamar High School and American Martyrs (K-8).
It's conveniently close to multiple grocery stores, great shopping and restaurants in the Manhattan Village Shopping Center, The Point and downtown Manhattan Beach. With easy freeway access, you'll be able to get to work or explore all the South Bay and greater Los Angeles have to offer!
The house is also near Polliwog Park, a wonderful place to walk, relax and picnic and just about a mile and a half from the beach. Head down to the beach for a run or walk along the world-famous strand or enjoy watching the sunset! There are bikes, beach chairs, a surfboard and a couple of paddle boards for your outdoor fun.
When you'd prefer to stay closer to home, the backyard is set up for entertainment and fun with a cafe lights, barbecue, fire pit, outdoor dining table and spa.
