Enjoy the front patio along the Boardwalk for the view, boating, and daily Island activity. This property has 3 bedrooms: a master with a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom, a queen-sized bedroom, and a bedroom with a double bed + twin trundle. The second bath is full and off the hall area. For the adventurist youth, there is a loft area that overlooks the living room below. The bedrooms have been recently carpeted and new TV’s have been added to the living room and bedrooms. The living room has a fireplace, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and the front patio includes a charcoal BBQ. The garage has shared laundry and a one-car parking space. Lastly, there is almost always a large, sandy beach in front of the home.
