The house is newly renovated and fully furnished with quality furniture, and luxurious bed/bath essentials. Please note that you must be comfortable going up stairs as all bedrooms are upstairs.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, wine glasses, olive oil, salt and pepper for you to prepare your finest dishes.
The pool is available to use during your stay but it’s not heated due to safety concerns.
The hot tub is not in use.

- NO POOL USE AND GATHERING OUTDOOR AFTER 9 PM
- QUIET HOUR 9 PM - 8 AM
- NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED
- NO VISITOR.
- ONLY DISCLOSED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED.
- UNDISCLOSED GUESTS ARE ADDITIONAL 25$ GUEST PER NIGHT.
- NO SMOKING/NO VAPING ALLOWED ($1000 PENALTY).
- NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE.
- NO USPS, FEDEX, UPS MAIL DELIVERY ALLOWED
Other things to note:
- In order to protect our guests & our home, we have an outdoor surveillance system installed.
- Pool Maintenance come every Monday & Wednesday for scheduled cleaning. And gardener come every Tuesday. They will be accessing through the back gate and will not enter home.
-Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.
- By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
- The smoking penalty is up to $1,000 or more for violation.
