Located on a ridge between the charming towns of Lafayette and Orinda, this place is perfect for family and corporate stays.
Enjoy lots of amenities and nature in a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood.
Outside you'll find fruit trees, a large flat grassy area, heated pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, and pool house. There is also plenty of parking.
Inside, you'll have nearly 6,000 sq ft of space, with six bedrooms spread over three stories, and gorgeous views. There are also 5 bathrooms: three full baths plus two half baths. In addition, you'll find a ping-pong and pool table, wet bar, an enormous family room with working vintage pinball machine, a 30-foot tree growing inside the house, two fireplaces (one gas and one wood-burning), a massive custom kitchen with a double oven and professional range with warming lights, and three bidets over five bathrooms. Master bath includes a double shower with solar-powered remote-controlled skylight and jacuzzi tub!
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property with the exception of the garage and a few locked storage areas.

*** Due to allergies, absolutely no dogs, cats, or other animals allowed. ***
Please be informed that there are stairs from the street to the front door. Once inside, there are additional stairs as it is a 3-story house. For guests with limited mobility, please enter from the driveway where there is only one small step to get into the house. There are two bathrooms and two bedroom on this level. Climbing interior stairs will be necessary to access the kitchen.
*** For our guests, please be informed that the garage will be accessed periodically by the owners.
*** Guests may also see gardeners, pool maintenance staff, and owners harvesting fruit trees in the yard on occasion as well.
***There are exterior-only security cameras for your safety and ours. No cameras with views of pool.
