Turn of the century architecture meets modern design in this centrally located two-bedroom apartment. This recently renovated home has a unique layout and high ceilings. We are located in a quiet area, only a short drive away from many popular restaurants, bars, stadiums, art galleries, sports venues, and Universities. We have everything needed for a relaxing trip away from home. We also offer an option to book one of our cars to enjoy your day trips as well as fun filled nights on the town.
The space
The apartment is located on the second floor of a semi attached duplex. The address and the unit number are stated on the front door. There is a 15-step staircase leading up to the unit from the ground floor entrance door.
The apartment takes up the whole second floor of the building. The king bedroom and the open office space with a full-size futon face the front of the house. The living room and the kitchen are located at the back of the apartment facing the backyard. There is a small patio off of the kitchen. The second bedroom with a queen bed and the bathroom are located in the middle of the apartment.
We offer high-speed internet for your Zoom meetings and all streaming needs. Every room is equipped with Roku/Smart TV. There is also Amazon Alexa which is located in the kitchen area.
The kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee/tea station. The paper goods, as well as coffee pods, tea, sugar, and cooking spices that we provide, are the starter supply only. If your stay is longer than a couple of nights, you might need to restock on your own.
PLEASE NOTE: there is NO designated parking on premises. Street parking only which is usually plentiful.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. This is an older house, so the insulation is not quite up to the current building code. We kindly ask you to not wear street shoes while at home and keep the volume of the entertaining devices down after 10 pm.
