A lovely landscaped backyard and deck available to tenants, as well as a barbecue grill. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a large living area, washer and dryer, and kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Very accessible to the area universities, public transportation and various New Orleans neighborhoods.
