Aptly named Weiskopf’s Retreat this very private home is located on the 4th Fairway of the private Weiskopf course @ the exclusive PGA West gated Resort. You’ll know you have arrived from the moment you walk through the gated courtyard with lush foliage and grand adobe outdoor fireplace and comfortable seating.
The villa boasts several outdoor areas to enjoy your stay. Float in the tranquility of the sparking salt-water pool with waterfall or ease those tired muscles in the therapeutic built-in spa. You can even take a nap in the covered patio equipped with misters, umbrellas, built in BBQ, outdoor kitchen and HDTV. What better place to unwind after a round at the famous Stadium Course just a short golf cart ride away. On those non-golfing days there are miles of trails for walking, running and biking just a few steps from your front door.
The grand floor plan allows more than enough space for everyone to hang out in one of the multiple seating areas. The comfortable family room with oversized sectional sofa, fireplace, 70" HDTV with Apple TV leads into the standalone granite bar with beverage cooler and our signature Margaritaville Margarita Machine. The Great room features a poker table with chips and a second seating area overlooking the beauty of the outdoors.
The exhibition style gourmet kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dual ovens, microwave, dishwasher, 6 burner stove, toaster oven and Keurig with grinder. The large wooden dining table adjacent to the kitchen is the perfect place for everyone to gather around while enjoying a glass of wine and preparing meals.
Your comfort is guaranteed inside the oversized Master Bedroom - a stunning retreat all on its own. Expansive views, large seating area with patio access, 4-poster bed with luxury mattress will have you wanting to linger in this serene space. A workstation and 65” HDTV lead onto the grand master bath with soaking tub, dual sinks, walk in closet and walk in stone shower. Each of the other King bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. Our signature European linens and duvets, heavy feather pillows, spa bathrobes and luxury toiletries are all part of the Resort Home Destinations Experience. Our Guest Experience Manager is at your disposable 24/7 for anything you might need.
In addition, there is a laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board, laundry detergent, bleach and softener.
Bed Summary: 4 Cal Kings, Parking for 4 cars (two in the garage) and two in the driveway. There is no street parking.
