NEIGHBORHOOD FEATURES
This home is located on a quiet hillside neighborhood. There is no street parking, but the property does have ample parking in the driveway (7 cars).
Due to the hillside terrain, there is the possibility of natural hazards such as coyotes, bears, rattlesnakes, and mountain lions. They tend to roam more at nighttime, but please be on the lookout for such animals. The back yard is exposed to the hiking trail behind the house, so some animals tend to go in the backyard.
**NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Only guests identified in your reservation are allowed at the home. When guests use the backyard, we are to keep a moderate noise level and no loud music that could disturb the neighborhood**

The Neighborhood:
Do not park in the concrete driveway that leads to a garage. This is the neighbors garage. Do not block the driveway exit to the street, since this is a shared driveway.
