You have a brand new, state of the art BBQ to grill your food on. This area is perfect for all meals; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When it's time to leave the property, the venice boardwalk, beach, and the world famous ABBOT KINNEY Blvd., are just a few steps away! Just a little Hollywood info, our house was used in the famous movie 'The Doors' starring Val Kilmer and Meg Ryan, directed by Oliver Stone!
