Be the first to live in this beautifully remodeled “mid-century modern” Los Angeles County Home w/Panoramic views & outdoor living area w/pool (heated), hot tub & cabanas. Our panoramic views span from downtown Los Angeles down to Orange County and the ocean coast. Indoor is spacious w/expensive and comfortable w/ new “mid century” furniture by Kardiel. Game room includes “competition” size & quality ping pong table which can convert to air hockey table. 5 Vehicle Parking includes garage.
The space
Sleeping Arrangement - we made the place sleepable to 12 max through 4 regular beds and two queen size blow up beds. So 8 can sleep comfortable on the regular beds, and the extra people would use the air mattresses and sheets/blankets/comforters/pillows which are well stocked in our closets.
We have garage that fits 2 cars and a driveway that fits 3 more large vehicles. We only allow max of 5 cars on the premises.
The pool and hot tub of course is well heated and spacious (can fit 5 to 6 people). There is charge of $70 a day for heating to cover our electricity costs.
The professional size ping pong table in the game room , is a high end table, that also converts to a very nice air hockey game by removing the heavy top and placing it on our soft mats. We will provide instructions for this.
