Spend a lazy day at the beach, or kick it into high gear, with some surfing or hiking! In the garage, you'll find surfboards, beach chairs, sports equipment, toys for the kids, beach blankets, and many other summer time activities that can be utilized all year around.
Other amenities include high-speed WIFI (1 Gig), two internet connected Smart TVs with all the apps, 2 parking spots (one inside the garage and one on the driveway), and even a gas fireplace for those chilly winter nights.
The kitchen comes complete with spices and oils for your everyday cooking needs. Wake up to that fresh cup of coffee at the custom coffee station.
