While it’s true that we use Airbnb as an advertising/marketing platform, our company does not condone any of the negative behaviors portrayed in media. We understand that the phrase “I’m staying at an Airbnb” has become a popular verb. We offer some other phrases that are not as alarming to our long-term residents such as “corporate housing/rental” or “short term housing/rental”. By industry definition, “short term housing” is the proper terminology for the space we operate in.
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in keeping our highest priorities in mind which are providing a great experience for you, our guests, while simultaneously preserving the safety and sense of security of our long-term residents.
