This historic building was built in 1878 and features a restaurant on the ground floor and two condos on the second floor. Unit #2 is a second-floor, corner unit that does not share any walls with the other condo. It features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and an en-suite master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms feature Comphy brand spa-quality sheets and room darkening shades. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were just renovated. The massive, open living and dining area is a perfect place to relax with friends or family. The decor is french-NOLA inspired featuring antique oriental rugs, vintage clocks, and artwork that compliment the historic brick and original heart pine flooring. There is an in-unit washer and dryer.

Anchored by a stretch of Magazine that runs through the neighborhood, the LGD has its own quirky, artistic vibe. You can spend a whole day ducking in and out of casual eateries, coffee shops, and boutiques. Plus, it's just minutes to the French Quarter on St. Charles Ave. streetcar!
