The Space:
Welcome to your ultimate desert paradise, a spacious 2,215 sqft haven with 3 tastefully-decorated bedrooms and 3 modern baths. High ceilings & large windows provide an open and bright ambiance throughout this meticulously-maintained home. Step inside to find a fully-equipped kitchen with the latest appliances, perfect for whipping up delightful meals. The comfortable living area invites you to unwind after a day spent exploring nearby attractions or attending the world-famous Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals.
Each bedroom is designed for optimal relaxation, fitted with cozy beds and adorned with tasteful decor. The master suite features a luxurious en-suite bathroom, ideal for pampering yourself. The other two bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom, complete with all essentials needed for a stress-free stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, driveway parking, and the stunning outdoor living spaces. the shed and some closets will be off-limits, but the house is fully stocked to cater to all of your needs. Please note, Pool technicians and gardeners are scheduled for weekly maintenance & will be coordinated with the host.
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team at the guests expense. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens and will be billed directly to you at booking.

Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.
This property has a private pool/spa that can be heated during your stay. The nightly rate for this option is $50 to heat to a standard temperature of 82 degrees. It is an additional $30/day to heat to 85 degrees and an additional $75/day to heat to 90 degrees. This is billed separately and must be confirmed and paid prior to arrival. Please let us know at the time of booking if you choose this option. *Minimum 2-days of heat required
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

*For cancellations, we charge a 4.5% fee if you decide to cancel your stay even if the policy states a full refund.
