On the upper floor, you will find the center of entertainment. The living room, dining area, and kitchen features an open concept room with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has all new appliances including a gas range and access to the upper deck where you can enjoy forest views in the summer. The upper floor features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area and kitchen. Head downstairs to the family room, where you can relax while you watch movies or soak in the hot tub. You will also find an additional bedroom and bathroom, and a nice work station.
Luxury Mountain Retreat is just blocks from Paige Meadows access, close to ski resorts, and has access to the private HOA beach access in the summer. This is perfect for all your hiking, biking, skiing, or beach days. Please note that the HOA park has an 8 person limit.
Note: Due to the mountain location, cell phone service and wifi can be limited.

* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults
