This sprawling single level home offers over 4,000 sq. ft. of luxurious living space with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and a beautiful pool on over 2 1/2 very private acres. As soon as you pass through the front gate and see the expansive lawn, mature trees, lush landscaping and winding driveway, you realize that this is a very special executive estate. As you step inside to the expansive living/dining room area you will notice the quality of the home and appreciate the high end finishes throughout. The kitchen is centrally located between the dining area and casual family room. Each of the 5 bedrooms are very large and two of them have full baths en suite. There are three bedrooms with king beds and two with queen beds. The beautifully landscaped, fenced back yard features a large patio area with covered outdoor dining and a sparkling pool. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy the sunsets from this wonderful space.
The charming city of Petaluma with incredible restaurants and amenities is just minutes away and this is in the northern part of Petaluma so you are also close to Sebastopol, the Graton Casino and dozens of incredible wineries. This is an amazing property for family and friends to gather but it is NOT a party house! Amplified music is not allowed outdoors at vacation rentals in the County and there are cameras that monitor parking areas and decimal meters that alert us to excessive noise. Quiet time for this County is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action.
